Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Kamala- Queen Elizabeth National park:
Depart from Kampala for Queen Elizabeth National Park. Make a stop at Uganda Equator crossing Kayabwe and Igongo Cultural Center for traditional lunch en route
After an early morning breakfast, you will be picked up by your tour guide at 6:30am drive to Queen Elizabeth National park, located in Western Uganda. Make a stop at the Equator for photo shoots with one leg in the southern hemisphere and the other in the northern hemisphere. You can also perform water experiments to justify the geographical divide between the two hemispheres. There are craft centers at the site where you can get yourself a souvenir as remembrance of your safari in Uganda. Continue on the drive and make another stop at Igongo Cultural Center 12km to Mbarara town for lunch. Here, you are served organically grown and freshly prepared African cuisine at the famous Kahwa Kanuzire restaurant literally translated as it’s finished when it is still sweet. Continue on the drive to arrive in Queen Elizabeth National Park in the evening for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 2: Full Day Queen Elizabeth National park:
After breakfast, game drive encounter at 7am stretching to the Kasenyi area where a range of wild game might be encountered including the elephants, water bucks, Uganda Kobs, Buffaloes, Lions, Spotted Hyenas, leopards, Bushbucks among other species. The other sights include those of birds such as Palm-nut Vulture, African White-backed Vulture, Hooded Vulture, Ruppell’s Griffon Vulture, Brown Snake Eagle, Lappet-faced Vulture, Wahlberg’s Eagle, Bateleur, Martial Eagle, Grey Kestrel, Long-created Eagle, African Crake, Black-bellied Bustard, Temminck’s Courser, Crowned Plover, Senegal Plover, African Wattled Plover among others. The view of the moist open savannah grassland is also impressive. Return from 3 – 4 hour activity and connect to the lodge for relaxation an lunch. In the afternoon, you connect to Mweya Jetty for an afternoon boat cruise commencing at 2pm. The boat encounter on what has been termed the Paradise of hippos features impressive sights of Hippos and Nile crocodiles, birds like the African skimmer, Yellow billed stork and Kingfishers. The wild game can also be encountered during on the channel side. Retreat from the 2 hour activity and do a game drive along the channel track as you connect back to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight

Day 3 of the 3 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari tour in Queen Elizabeth National park:
Breakfast after which you will connect to the park to do another game drive to explore more game and even spot those that you might have missed the previous day and them embark on the drive to Kampala. Alternatively, embark on the chimpanzee trekking in Kyambura gorge where you slope down a gorge of 100m deep with sights of magical lush mature tropical forest thriving below sea level supporting counts of chimpanzees. Hiking the gorge’s steep slopes in search of chimpanzee is a challenging task that the whole encounter to go beyond the chimps. The eventual encounter with the chimpanzees as they munch fruits, make pant hooting calls, socialize, patrol, copulate and roll themselves in tree branches derive an exciting memory that will last for a life time. Retreat from the encounter which tend to take 2 – 5 hours and embark on the transfer to Kampala
